Why clean a mattress?
Every night your body releases about a cup of moisture and thousands of skin cells into the mattress. After a few years, that's the perfect ecosystem for dust mites — whose droppings are the number-one trigger for morning congestion, itchy eyes and asthma flare-ups. If you or your kids wake up stuffy and feel better an hour after leaving the bedroom, your mattress is the suspect.
What we do
Deep vacuuming, stain pre-treatment (yellow sweat stains, bedwetting accidents — treated with enzymes that eliminate the odor source), hot-water extraction that sanitizes the upper layers and kills mites, and fast controlled drying. Clean in the morning, sleep on it the same night.

How often?
Once a year for every mattress; every six months for kids' mattresses, allergy sufferers, and anyone who shares the bed with a pet. Between cleanings: washable mattress protector, weekly 60°C linen wash, and let the bed air out unmade for an hour each morning.
